ANASTASIA: THE MUSICAL – YOUTH EDITION at CAP Theatre

CAP Theatre presents Anastasia: The Musical – Youth Edition, a musical inspired by the 1997 Twentieth Century Fox film. This hour-long adaptation of the 2017 Broadway show brings audiences to 1920s Soviet Russia as a young woman goes on an adventure to find her past, and her future. The show features iconic songs from the original film and Broadway musical, like “Journey to the Past” and “Once Upon a December.”

A story about discovering who you are and who you’re meant to be, Anastasia: The Musical – Youth Edition follows Anya, a young woman who has forgotten everything about her past, including her own name. She encounters a dashing young con man and a lovable ex-aristocrat who are trying to find Princess Anastasia Romanov, who is rumored to still be alive after the Russian Revolution.

Featuring 27 youth actors on the MainStage, CAP Theatre presents Anastasia: The Musical – Youth Edition October 25-November 10 on Fridays at 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. at CAP Theatre in Altoona, IA.

Tickets are $16 for adults, $14 for seniors and $10 for students.
